Free to get started · available now
Your own Vimeo account is required. Any Vimeo charges are separate.
Request free accessFree is available. During our launch phase, access is by invitation.
You have two options: link existing Vimeo videos or upload your own directly to TheRoom. Vimeo requires your own account, with separate fees. For direct uploads, TheRoom handles hosting; you do not need a Vimeo account. This option requires a Hosting or Pro plan with available storage and delivery capacity, plus academy approval. Free includes Vimeo links, not direct video hosting. Ask for hosting approval when requesting access.
Free includes one academy with exactly one explicitly chosen public free course and unlimited Vimeo links in that course. Learning materials, learning tools and voluntary newsletter signups are available. You need your own Vimeo account and, if used, a separate newsletter service. Sales, automations, custom domains, AI and direct managed video uploads are not included. We do not promise unlimited participants. Access is by invitation. Joining a course is not newsletter consent.
Choose colours, custom fonts, text size and navigation for your learning area. Saved design changes apply there immediately. Publish public academy and course pages separately. A custom domain requires a suitable paid plan.
Enter your name and email address in the short access request form and submit your request. You will receive an invitation to TheRoom by email, with the next steps. A request does not automatically create an account or make a purchase. If you already have an invitation, use the invitation link in the footer.
The change takes effect at the end of your paid term. You explicitly choose and consent to the one course that becomes publicly free; nothing is published without your consent. If you do not confirm a course selection, all courses are paused. All other courses are paused, including access for existing learners. Paused content is deleted no earlier than 30 days later, and only after advance warnings and an opportunity to export it. Upgrading can restore content that has not yet been deleted. Purchased courses therefore do not remain accessible indefinitely on Free.
Knowledge you want to share through courses, from coaching and consulting to training and creative subjects. You decide on the content and the learning journey. TheRoom gives your own academy its structure.
This website is available in six languages. TheRoom’s application is currently available in German and English.
Choose Quentn, Brevo, EmailOctopus, MailerLite or KlickTipp for each course. You need your own account with the required permissions. Quentn requires Basic or above with API access; Lite is not sufficient. A trial account may temporarily enable additional features. Participants subscribe voluntarily and keep their course access without a newsletter subscription. TheRoom still sends course access emails.
Yes, with a suitable paid plan. For course sales, connect a Stripe or Digistore24 merchant account that is ready to sell, then set up your offer. You test and activate learning automations yourself. Make and Pabbly send new active course enrolments to your external workflows. Separate provider fees may apply.
